The Refectory Cafe, located in the Divinity School, purchases products as close to home as possible. Cafe staff plan, purchase, and cook mindful of principles of sustainable agriculture. The menu incorporates organic ingredients when costs are manageable. Its hours, beginning Aug. 25, are 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. M-F.
The cafe is now open for weekly Sunday Supper at 6 p.m.

YOGURT PARFAIT $3.35 -Delicious fresh fruit layered with Stonyfield Farms

HOT EGG STRATA $4.50 -- A scrumptious layered casserole made with local Fickle Creek Farm Eggs. Meat or vegetarian.

WEDNESDAY: It is the Refectory's own "Spicy Peanut Sauce Day" choose from local Ashley Farm Chicken or Organic Tofu in Spicy Peanut Sauce! In addition fresh, Local Watermelon and Strawberry salad - it is amazing!
THURSDAY: Local Nooherooka Farm all natural beef tips on egg Noodles, Local Organic cucumber and Heirloom tomato salad.
FRIDAY: Herb Roasted Cod with local Organic Steamed Broccoli and Organic local Red potatoes
