A 'green' dining option at the Divinity School

Note to Editors:

The Refectory Cafe, located in the Divinity School, purchases products as close to home as possible. Cafe staff plan, purchase, and cook mindful of principles of sustainable agriculture. The menu incorporates organic ingredients when costs are manageable. Its hours are 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday Suppers are served from 6-8 p.m. on Sundays.

The cafe is now open for weekly Sunday Supper at 6 p.m.

Breakfast

Cold 

GRANOLA or KASHI BOWL $3.25 -- Fresh, fast and healthy. Served with milk or Silk.

YOGURT PARFAIT $3.35 -Delicious fresh fruit layered with Stonyfield Farms

Organic Yogurt and tasty crunchy granola.

FRESH FRUIT BOWL $3.50 -- Seasonal assortment of freshly cut fruit.

Hot 

BAKED OATMEAL $3.75 -- Hearty whole grain casserole complete with Fickle Creek Farm Eggs. Hearty whole grain casserole complete with Fickle Creek Farm Eggs. BREAKFAST POPOVERS $4.50-- Scratch-made using local Fickle Creek Farm Eggs, cheeses and fresh veggies or meat. Served with fresh fruit.

HOT EGG STRATA $4.50 -- A scrumptious layered casserole made with local Fickle Creek Farm Eggs. Meat or vegetarian.

Thursday:  Grilled Ruben Sandwich, Strawberry Watermelon Salad w/fresh terrace mint

Friday: Fish day!  Linguine with White Clam sauce, Fresh local veggies and all fruits and veggies

Everyone is a student at the Refectory Café. Treat yourself to a delicious half-wrap, cup of the daily side and a dessert bite. Add iced tea for $1.00.
